Summary of Position:
A Treatment Coordinator is responsible for consulting with prospective patients, building a relationship with the patient, understanding their goals for treatment, discussing their recommended treatment plan, and presenting fees during their office consultation. The Treatment Coordinator works alongside both the doctor and patient to provide an enjoyable experience that is fun, welcoming, and educational. They are also knowledgeable about treatment plans and are able to discuss orthodontic care, financial costs, and insurance contributions.

Responsibilities vary but may include:

- Present treatment plans and costs with all incoming patients
- Understand and discuss dental insurance benefits
- Document all treatment plans in the patient chart
- Perform follow-up communication with prospective patients
- Maintain a high case acceptance rate
- Run and submit referral reports

Education/Experience:
Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the ideal applicant. While the Treatment Coordinator must be knowledgeable in many areas of orthodontics, the best Treatment Coordinator is first and foremost a great communicator. - Monday to Thursday

Work Location: One location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
