**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist veterinarians and technologists with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the practice management system
- Handle payments and billing for services rendered
- Keep the reception area clean and organized

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and terminology would be beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
