Managing all aspects of the reservations process from initial contact to check-out. Maintaining and updating housekeeping schedules.

Co-ordinating office procedures between operations and invoicing.

Updating current website using WordPress & Adobe.

Welcoming guests and troubleshooting minor technical problems in suites, occasionally.

On the job training available.

**Your skills**:
You will have 1 year reservations experience and will bring a positive, pro-active approach, with an aptitude for learning.

You will be comfortable with online and internal reservations board, 3rdparty portals and CRM programs.

You have a courteous and professional phone manner and have a basic knowledge of all office procedures.

Your English communications skills are clear and proficient.

You are comfortable being the liaison between staff, guests & management.

You are organized, plan ahead & can manage various deadlines.

You have a “can-do” attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
