Burlington, Canada Hudson Restoration Full time

Seeking a friendly, motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant/Clerk for our Burlington office. This individual will be able to wear many hats and thrives in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment. This person will welcome new challenges and is able to work independently and as a team.

1) Performing reception duties involving the greeting of company stakeholders, answering the telephone, take messages, screen and re-routing calls as necessary;
2) Ordering of office supplies and material when requested;
3) Sorting of incoming mail

4) Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, reporting, & support for all departments

5) Assist in creation and implementation of companies policies and procedures

6) Assist in planning and preparing for special events

7) Provide accounting support within accounts payable & accounts receivable departments

8) Prepare multiple account reconciliations for the Accounting Manager to review

9) Strong customer service skills and demonstrates compassion

10) Assist with completing general housekeeping tasks (e.g. maintaining coffee machine, stocking kitchen, organizing office areas and print room);
11) Schedule travel, and manage travel arrangements and itineraries

12) Other duties as required.

**Physical Requirements and Working Conditions**:

- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and early dismissal on Friday's
- Sustained periods of sitting

**Qualifications**:
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially empathy and compassion with dealing with clients under stress.

Minimum of 3 years administrative experience. Preference will go to those who have experience within the construction industry

Minimum of 3 years Microsoft Office 365

QuickBooks experience is considered an asset

Remuneration: $19.25 to 27.15/hr based on experience & benefits
