**Relocation Coordinator**

**Reports To**

Customer Service Supervisor

**Job Purpose**

To be a single point of contact for the account/shipper on household goods relocations. This position facilitates seamless communication between the parties involved in the relocation and provides important information to the account/shipper from the initiation to the final call.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service/Move Coordination**
- Improving/maintaining customer service scores
- Act as single point of contact for the shipper/account to reach during the relocation process to assist with house hold goods relocation questions/concerns
- Provide information to shipper such as important dates, budgets and customs information.
- Knowledgeable about QMM and relocation process
- Complete all tasks and memos in required timeframe for each move based on move type.

**Computer/Data Entry**
- Learning & using Pegasus, Camis (QPD), Mosys & Globalcom recording new relocations; registering relocations; completed required tasks
- memos; tracking and recording shipments; printing packing and delivery paperwork.
- Using the Pegasus folders to file important communication in. Using “out of office” notification to advise office status and alternate contact if required

**Customs**
- Have the knowledge and access to information for customs requirements for Canada and the US
- Know and understand Canada Customs clearance process for imports
- Knowledge and know how to re-manifest a shipment
- Provide shipper with required customs forms and council how to complete
- Have basic knowledge and access to information for customs requirements for Countries outside North America

**Telephone**
- Responding to messages within a 2-3 hrs (if in the office) or responding upon next day arrival
- Be courteous with time zones when calling internationally

**Qualifications required**

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education preferred, but not required
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience

Specialized knowledge
- High understanding of MS Office and related programs
- Required typing speed at 50-60 WPM

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Sound problem solving skills

Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a demanding and high pressure environment

**Working Conditions**
- May encounter stressful situations and challenging customers
- Occasional overtime may be required, especially during peak season

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged sitting at desk, in front of a computer.
- Repetitive tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
