The Manager, Credit Card Operations Delivery is responsible for managing the delivery of Canadian Tire Bank (CTB) and Canadian Tire Financial Services (CTFS) initiatives into TSYS (credit card provider), Acxiom (data warehouse provider) and Financial Systems Partners, ensuring quality, flexible, cost-effective solutions are provided from these critical vendors in the operations. The position manages the day-to-day operations support of the third-party vendors including consulting on capabilities of our platforms.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the management of the day-to-day relationship between CTB/CTFS and our Critical Third-Party Vendors (TSYS, ACXIOM, TGT)
- Collaborate and act as the liaison between the business and the Third-Party vendors to enable business outcomes
- Actively consult in support of new initiatives that impact TSYS and Acxiom processing acting as the point of contact with the vendor including issue management and escalations
- Identify changes in processes from the third-party vendors and the impact to CTB/CTFS operations working collaboratively across the organization to implement new processes where necessary
- Enable new processes that support our strategy
- Build cross functional relationships within the organization as well as with external partners to delivery on the CTB/CTFS Strategy
- Management of vendor costs, budget preparation, variance analysis, and invoice processing and reconciliation
- Management and monitoring of vendor SLA’s, system stability and performance of the vendor systems
- Participate in ongoing audits and assessments related to the vendors and infrastructure in support of the operational processes
- Vendor assessments, DR and BCP planning and participation
- Contractual management including negotiations
- First point of contact for lifeblood system production issues including after hours support
- Escalations of critical issues to the vendors
- Knowledge building of processes and methodology across the organization
- Leading a team of Business and Data analysts
- Development of team
- Provide technical expertise to key areas of the organization
- Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve overall systems and processes
- Provide leadership to various project teams, business partners and vendors

**What You Bring**
- University degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience leading a team, fostering teamwork and team dynamics and ability to get work done through others
- 7+ years of experience managing third party relationships with a preference for experience in credit card operations and/or data management
- Demonstrated experience with thought leadership and implementation of creative ideas that drive business results
- Technical experience in managing third party vendors (TSYS) and infrastructure
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project Management experience with demonstrated experience in leading complex initiatives involving data migration and platform upgrades
- Agile experience. Skilled at navigating through agile methodologies and processes with third party delivery
- Robust communication skills, with experience developing and executing change and communication plans
- An excellent communicator, with the ability to engage, influence, inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
- Always questioning the status quo and looking for ways to work more effectively, and for better ways of solving technical problems
- Open to a mindset of test and learn, a bias for action, a passion to innovate and a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize multiple activities and deliverables
- Strong attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
