Full time: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
- Property Management Designation with RECA that is active and in good standing.
- Ability to have flexible hours, depending on workload
- Be on call on evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

**Role**:
We are looking for a licensed property manager to assist us in our growing Property Management Company. This role requires someone who is outgoing, personable, and well organized. This person will need to be a great problem solver and can communicate clearly and effectively to our owners and tenants. Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task is a must.

This role will require local travel, so a working vehicle is required. On call for evenings and weekends will be rotated on a weekly basis, so you must be willing to stay in town, while on call.

**Direct experience in Property Management is an asset, but not required. **We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, can adapt quickly and wants to grow within their role and the division for the foreseeable future.

**Duties**:
**Property Manager & Leasing Agent**
- Managing current tenant and owner files
- Managing maintenance requests
- Showing rental properties to prospective tenants
- Move in and move out inspections
- Sending notices to owner and tenants

**Admin**
- Meeting photographers & other vendors for access to properties
- Reviewing leases from other leasing agents before signing
- Key management
- Periodic & vacant inspections

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
