We actively looking for a passionnate and dynamic _**Key account and Export Coordinator **_to join our international Team

**JOB PURPOSE**

The coordinator will be in charge of the coordination of the move of household goods of corporate employees and private individuals, cross border to/from the USA and internationally.

**KEYS DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- Contact customer upon reception of new requests to discuss the needs and expectations within the policy of the employer, when applicable;
- Coordinate and focuses on arranging services related to the relocation process, interacts with customers, regional agents and operational personnel;
- Prepare estimates for certain client accounts, and finalize the billing
- Provide clear and direct communication with the relocation family, clients and operational personnel;
- Tracks all stages of the relocation making sure that all service partners understand their roles and expectations of service;
- Run the move process by keeping in touch with (corporate) customer to make sure the move is going smoothly;
- Troubleshoot any issues and try to find a solution for any problem that might incur like delay in deliveries, damages to properties or personal effects;
- Make sure all documents needed are in the file including payment set up, deposit and date is reserved in Move Ware;
- Cut insurance policy with supplier and sent claim instructions to shippers/customers, when required
- get green light from DA to book container;
- Proceed to container booking and set up 3rd party services, parking permit and signalization signs, when required;
- Book P&D and make sure container is on time on site;
- Get scale tickets, send sailing instructions to SS Line and get bill of lading from SS line;
- Confirm with Moving Consultant if difference in volume and seek for extra;
- Notify the DA of booking and send all documents including customs documents and contact details;
- Additional Key Account duties and administration as necessary to support the efforts of the team.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-year experience in transportation and Logistics experience and in Export
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of customs regulations (Canada and International).
- Must be organized and able to multitask to coordinate the import process smoothly.
- Must be able to negotiate and problem solve effectively.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software relevant to a moving Consultant.
- Strong verbal and written communication ability.
