**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the site Director or Site Lead, Human Resources Services, the Human Resource Consultant is responsible for the provision of human resource services including:

- Management Support - performance management, attendance management.
- Staffing - development of selection criteria and interview questions, participation on interview panels and providing feedback.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of five years experience in a unionized environment performing a broad range of Human Resource functions including: employee relations, labour relations, and staffing.

**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Certificate in Human Resource Management from a recognized post-secondary institution.

**Certification/Licensure/Registration**:

- Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred.

- Work is primarily in an office environment. Must be able to handle multiple priorities and competing demands.

The WRHA legal entity includes Churchill Health Centre, Deer Lodge Centre, Grace Hospital, Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, Pan Am Clinic, River Park Gardens, Victoria General Hospital, WRHA corporate programs, and WRHA community health services.
