We at NIKE Canada are currently looking for an exceptionally talented 'Allocation Planner' for our Canadian Head Office, Downtown Toronto, ON.

This is a 3 Days in-person/2 days remote Hybrid role.

This is to provide support to our Nike Value Stores (NVS)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an Allocation Planner to join our team in Nike Canada

This role makes Nike’s assortment of innovative product come to life in our stores by positioning our inventory to efficiently fulfill consumer demand.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with teammates from Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain & Stores to deliver a premium retail experience to our consumers.

A typical day/week looks like:
You will determine ideal inventory on hand quantities by store/service hub for each style/color, in accordance with the business plans.

You will forecast, and read & react to business performance and stock levels to determine replenishment quantities in support of on hand needs balancing a variety of factors such as store capacity targets.

You will assess our overall inventory health throughout Nike’s value chain by utilizing reports and analysis to support decisions that maximize sales, inventory turn and profitability.

You will lead the effort to manage inventory in-season, highlighting risk and making cancel recommendations.

You will know the most important styles and stores and prioritize them accordingly.

You will use fact based logic to influence Merchandising buying decisions.

You will partner x-functionally with teammates in Merchandising and Planning to drive the seasonal flow of product and deliver critical retail and brand moments

Drive functional expertise in Allocation Planning by collaborating with technology, process, and other Allocation Planning team mates to improve how we work

You will build and maintain size curves to ensure the sizes on hand reflect our consumer demand and are protected.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This is the Nike matrix: You will be a part of a Consumer focused Nike Direct team. You will work closest with teammates in Merchandising and Planning, but may also build strong partnerships with Supply Chain and Store leaders to ensure end-to-end execution of our assortment strategy.
