Medical Lab Assistants, this is your opportunity, Athabasca Laboratory is adding to their incredible team Currently, weekday hours, your primary responsibilities include inpatient, outpatient and emergency phlebotomy for adults, children, and infants using both macro and micro techniques. You will also be accessioning patient specimens, troubleshooting problem specimens, and performing reception duties. **Description**:
As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.

**Required Qualifications**:

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Recent experience with Connect Care. TDG and WHMIS certificate. Ability to work rapidly with attention to detail and accuracy.
