Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment effectively
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures for efficient task completion
- Handle commercial cleaning tasks in various areas
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when required
- Use time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Customer service-oriented approach to meet cleanliness standards
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation procedures
