**Description du poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un généraliste en ressources humaines expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le généraliste en ressources humaines sera chargé d'effectuer des tâches liées aux ressources humaines à un niveau professionnel et de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ressources humaines pour soutenir l'organisation. Ce poste comporte des responsabilités dans les domaines fonctionnels suivants : relations avec les employés, formation, gestion des performances, intégration, mise en œuvre des politiques, recrutement et respect du droit du travail.

**Responsabilités**:
1. Recrutement et intégration:

- Faciliter le processus d'intégration des nouveaux employés, y compris les séances d'orientation et les documents nécessaires.

**2. Relations avec les employés**:

- Répondre aux préoccupations et aux griefs des employés, en fournissant des conseils et des solutions, le cas échéant.
- Participer aux réunions du personnel administratif et assister à d'autres réunions et séminaires.
- Gérer les conseils en matière de relations avec les employés, le conseil en reclassement et les entretiens de sortie.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail positif grâce à une communication efficace et à des stratégies de résolution des conflits.
- Promouvoir l'engagement et le moral des employés par le biais d'initiatives telles que des programmes de reconnaissance et des activités de renforcement de l'esprit d'équipe.

**3. Gestion des performances**:

- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des processus de gestion des performances, y compris la fixation d'objectifs, l'évaluation des performances et les séances de retour d'information.
- Aider les responsables et les employés à résoudre les problèmes liés aux performances et à élaborer des plans d'amélioration.

**4. Formation et développement**:

- Identifier les besoins de formation au sein de l'organisation et coordonner les programmes de formation en conséquence.
- Animer des sessions de formation sur divers sujets tels que la conformité, le développement du leadership et l'amélioration des compétences techniques.

5. Élaboration de politiques et conformité:

- Élaborer, mettre à jour et appliquer les politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines conformément aux exigences légales et aux objectifs de l'organisation.
- Tenir à jour le manuel de l'employé et le manuel des politiques et procédures.
- Veiller au respect des lois et réglementations fédérales, nationales et locales en matière d'emploi.

6. Administration des avantages sociaux:

- Administrer les programmes d'avantages sociaux et autres avantages.
- Aider les employés à obtenir des informations sur les avantages sociaux, à s'y inscrire et à régler les réclamations.

7. Administration des ressources humaines:

- Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et les bases de données des ressources humaines.
- Générer des rapports et analyser les mesures des RH pour soutenir les processus de prise de décision.
- Aider au traitement de la paie et aux tâches connexes, le cas échéant.
- Participer à l'élaboration des buts, objectifs et systèmes du département.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme de premier cycle en gestion des ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
- Expérience confirmée en tant que généraliste RH ou dans une fonction RH similaire.
- Connaissance approfondie des principes, pratiques et réglementations en matière de ressources humaines.
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication. Doit être bilingue
- Capacité à préserver la confidentialité et à traiter des informations sensibles avec discrétion.

**Exigences**:
Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.

Au moins 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines.

Solide connaissance de la législation et de la réglementation en matière de ressources humaines.

Doit être bilingue

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.

Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.

Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion.
