We are searching for a natural leader and technical field lead who can best support our growing team. This person is motivated by success, has an enthusiasm for working in the field on world class job sites and is passionate about mentoring and developing new team members into future leaders. They will be supported by the Installation Manager and Installation Supervisor in the Toronto office.

**What a Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician does**:

- Perform field installation tasks as required for audio visual projects
- Demonstrate field leadership while leading and directing installation crews
- Provide progress reports to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve safety, time, scope, budget and customer satisfaction requirements
- Test and load DSP and Control Programming code
- Perform client training as needed
- Understands project system schematics and construction blueprints
- Travel to various job sites as required

**What will help you stand out**:

- Experience with audio visual installations
- Certifications like AVIXA CTS and CTS-I
- Training certifications from manufacturers like Crestron, Extron, Biamp and QSC
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
