Ability to work safely and effectively on steep roofs. Good knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code standards and practices. Knowledge of PV technology and installation. Valid G class driver’s license. Willingness to step outside of daily job expectations to contribute where needed to help entire Brightworks Energy team succeed. Extensive experience with installation tools and procedures. Strong interest in renewable energyThis individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to complete rooftop solar PV installations. The PV Technician will work under direction of his/her Lead Hand and/or Superintendent in the installation of industrial, commercial and residential solar projects. This person will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner while adhering to company procedures and standards.Start Date: ASAPDuties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation of photovoltaic systems. Roofing and/or construction experience preferred. Responsible for the quality and efficiency of an installation. Maintain company owned tools and equipment. Uphold Brightworks Energy standards of professionalism
