Who we need:
What you will do:

- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to students regarding available financial aid programs, scholarships, grants, and loans.
- Evaluate students' financial information and determine eligibility for different types of financial aid.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and information sessions to educate students and staff about financial aid options, processes, and resources.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to student inquiries, resolving issues, addressing concerns, completing necessary forms, understanding award letters, and managing their financial aid packages.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions and registrar, to ensure a seamless and coordinated student experience.Supporting with the completion of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Student Finance team, to support the corporate strategic imperatives.
- Contributing to a positive corporate culture that supports equity, inclusion, learning, and wellness.

What you bring:

- Experience in Student Services, Financial Aid, Collections, or Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry and ability to follow through
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred
- Experience working in fast paced settings and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
