We are currently recruiting for the position of Full Time Food and Beverage Supervisor. This position involves a variety of duties including but not limited to:

- Coordinating all activities surrounding guest functions to comply with function contracts and Marriott Victoria Inner Harbour standards.
- Training new employees on Restaurant and Banquet service and set up standards.
- Coordinating and supervising Banquets Team during Events and Restaurant/Lounge team as required.
- Performing regular restaurant/banquet service duties as required.
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment in all Food and Beverage areas.
- Effectively handling guest concerns as they arise.
- Completing set up, tear down and cleaning of meetings, and functions, including the moving of banquet tables and chairs as required.
- Responsible for accurate billing and cash out procedure at the end of assigned functions.
- Confidently anticipating and responding to needs and expectations of our guests.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience and knowledge of both banquet and restaurant service preferred.
- Serving it Right certified.
- Food Safe Certified.
- Computer proficient.
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a Team oriented environment.
- Able to stand and or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs.
