**Why this role is significant**

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you play a significant role in leading the FOH team. You serve as a management presence on the floor, responsible for ensuring the team's daily energy and effectiveness, while upholding service standards and facilitating communication with the kitchen. Through strong communication and leadership skills, you will provide ongoing training, coaching, and empowerment to the FOH team, with support from the Food and Beverage leadership team.

**A day in the life**
- Lead the service on a daily basis and set the atmosphere and tone of the floor
- Guide our guests through the experience, offering suggestions and options designed to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and pairings in all venues
- Supervise kitchen output and delivery to guests; address guest feedback and handle QSA concerns
- Complete the management log-out at the end of the shift and ensure all closing duties are completed
- Cultivate an environment of excellent customer service by empowering employees and serving as a role model
- Monitor the team's skills and identify areas for improvement through coaching, mentoring, and training
- Assist with onboarding and training programs for new employees
- Participate in creating and implementing departmental projects and strategic plans
- Ensure group functions and events are adequately accommodated and served

- An extremely guest-focused mindset, coupled with the ability to work with a variety of personalities
- You enjoy a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- You hold certifications in Serving It Right and Food Safe
- 3+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant or combined experience and education
- Previous experience supervising preferred, but not required
- Bonus points if you have Bartending and Banquet experience
