The weekend concierge is responsible for the day-to-day operation of their building ensuring the building is running smoothly, monitoring and meeting operational needs, as well as providing support to the Concierge(s) on site.

The weekend concierge contacts, coordinates and oversees trades-persons for repairs and ensures work is completed in a proper and timely manner. The concierge must have a keen eye for identifying and resolving building maintenance issues and a strong sense of responsibility and diligence for acting on current and upcoming building needs.

Teamwork and cooperation are essential as the concierge works alongside Concierge team, property manager and Strata representatives to meet the goals of the property and ensure the building is running efficiently.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Administrative experience** - ensures thorough communication, adequate reporting, liaising with very involved strata council
- **Coordinating trades** - experience with trades, coordination, communication, reporting
- Must have professional, polished demeanor with EXCELLENT customer service
- **Communication** - Must have tact, professionalism, patience to interact with residents and strata members
- Team player comfortable in challenging and fast-paced environments
- Must pass reference and criminal record check

**Schedule**:

- Part-Time 16 hours per week
- Saturday. Sunday & Holidays
- Day-time shift hours between 8AM and 4:00PM
- Evening shift hours 4:00PM-12:00am

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform daily administrative duties to ensure efficient site operation
- Perform daily inspections of the property (interior/exterior).
- Manages and/or collaborates with a large team including concierges, cleaners, contractors, trades, and others
- Check all lobbies, building entrances and perimeters for deficiencies and cleanliness. While in lobbies, check elevators for deficiencies, check fire panels for trouble lights
- Ensure that security and safety measures are in place; monitor security system as needed
- Meet trades people and coordinate/manage renovation projects in the building
- Inspect garbage room and recycling room.
- Patrol parkade and inspect areas
- Assists trade people (where necessary) who are working on common property
- Respond to residents’ queries, requests and emergencies in professional and respectful manner
- Coordinate with Strata Manager to post notices, issue letters and enforce strata rules
- Report and keep a log of incidents and communicate promptly with manager
- Review and complete daily entries into a log report
- Perform other duties as needed by the property manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
