The mission of the Retail Department is to delight clients by going above and beyond to help cusstomize their couch and deliver exceptional sales expertise.

Everyone in our Retail Team has a common goal: to successfully manage client relations and increasing sales by being a liaison between the company and the customer.

Our Retail Department is integral for the operation of the company. You’ll provide sales support to keep our boutique store running smoothly.

As a member of the Retail Division, you will be part of the team responsible for providing exceptional experiences for client inquiries. As the Concierge Advisor, you will deliver world-class sales and service excellence to exceed client expectations and maximize value in every interaction. As a Sales Associate, you will:

- Selling production while upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities
- Build deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to CouchHaus
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions while treating product like gold
- Support service counter operations, including managing the line up to ensure clients are serviced as quickly as possible and handling client purchases
- Uphold the standards of product display
- Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space, including window installations, office, supplies and equipment management, and technology support

The Associate reports to the Team Leader and participates in all the essential duties which contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the store while maintaining the brand and visual presentation standards.

- 20-40 hours per week
- In Person: Broadway & Granville Showroom, Vancouver

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
