Front Desk Agent

**Schedule**: Sun/Mon, 7am-3pm, Tues-Thurs, 3pm-11pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Experience Needed**:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel systems is desirable
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for guest check-in/check-out processes
- It is an absolute **must** that you have knowledge of Microsoft office, Gmail, and general knowledge of basic computer systems.
Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $42,000.00 per year
