We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and goal-driven individual to join our growing Administrative team. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions are completed on time and will be given the opportunity to assist in administrative projects and initiatives on a regular basis. Responsibilities:

- Take telephone calls, transfer calls, and forward calls to appropriate persons.
- Greet customers and visitors with a smile.
- Answer general questions and refer customers to the correct person.
- Respond to customers and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage the office by printing, copying, filing and retrieving documents.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
