Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct consultations to recommend products or services that meet client requirements
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Fulfill orders promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with clients to maintain professionalism
- Demonstrate proficiency in math for pricing, invoicing, and financial calculations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cash handling, cashiering, and customer service roles
- Strong sales skills with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in math for accurate calculations and financial transactions
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage client accounts effectively
- Ability to handle order fulfillment processes efficiently
