Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:
- You will collaborate with teams to develop, implement and maintain security and privacy training programs- You will facilitate trainings and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences- You will support the development of internal security and privacy awareness campaigns including trainings, videos, presentations and communications- You will conduct in-house phishing simulations strategically designed based on currently prevalent threats- You will monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and awareness programs- You will be responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) administration including developing, managing and reporting on content

Minimum Qualifications- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Prior experience developing training programs, curriculum development, and role-mapping- Knowledge of editing tools for curating and creating training content- Familiarity in creating internal corporate wide phishing campaigns- Familiarity with industry practices and trends related to security, privacy, and data ethics- Experience working with cross-functional teams- Comfortable engaging with a variety of internal stakeholders to promote Autodesk's approach to security/privacy and build trust in the organization
