*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Traffic Controller to join our team. The Traffic Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in designated areas. *Responsibilities* - Direct traffic at designated locations to ensure safety and prevent accidents - Communicate effectively with drivers and pedestrians to provide clear instructions - Set up and remove traffic control devices such as cones and signs - Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as needed - Coordinate with construction crews to facilitate the movement of equipment and materials *Qualifications* - Previous experience in traffic control or related field preferred - Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Willingness to learn and adapt to different traffic control situations
**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $18.00-$20.24 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
