We are seeking a talented and organized Coordinator to join our Global Internal Communications team. Reporting to the Director, Global Internal Communications, you will support the Global Internal Communications team in developing and executing creative internal communications campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the team, including the Senior Manager, Global Corporate Digital Communications; Creative Manager; and broader Internal Communications team to ensure our projects are delivered on time and meet our high standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing creative projects for global internal communications, including video and podcast production, events, print/digital materials, and presentations
- Develop and maintain organized files and records of all creative assets for the team
- Create graphic designs including desktop banners, posters, infographics, slides, TV screens
- Write copy for video scripts, intranet, newsletters, speeches
- Create engaging and dynamic powerpoint slides for executive town halls
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments and regions to tell stories
- Support with set-up of new podcast from equipment sourcing to podcast production
- Manage the production process for videos, including script development, filming, editing
- Assist in developing creative briefs working with the team and third-party vendors
- Solid understanding of technology, communications, and industry trends
- Experiment with new tools to source audio, video, icons, and images.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or communications role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other GenAI tools
- Knowledge of production processes, graphic design principles, and video production
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
