Working with the Administrative group, you will be involved in the daily operations of the Finance/Accounting team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Analyzing general ledgers
- Processing staff expense reports
- Preparing and reconciling weekly and monthly backlog reports
- Providing administrative support
- Other accounting duties as required
- Compliance with all Evertz Policies and Procedures
- A diploma in accounting/business administrative program
- Previous experience in a similar position is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work the late shift every other Friday and month-ends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
