Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd was founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. An outstanding supply network, efficient distribution through our three regional locations, and our thoroughly modern processing plant are all part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables possible.
We are currently seeking a full time Account Manager to join our team based out of our Milton, Ontario location.
Description of Role:
As a Account Manager Sales at Fresh Start Foods, your role will be to service and expand our Key Account Customers. You will maintain regular contact with established accounts while seeking new opportunities. You are a seasoned sales professional that understands the dynamics of the foodservice industry. You are passionate about your customer's success and are able to balance it with the needs of the organization. You understand and have an appreciation for the fresh category and are creative in finding solutions. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer business and account related issues. Coordinates resources to present “one face to the customer.”
- Design and execute a sales plan that focuses on new business, increased sales, and profitability
- Facilitate customer business reviews
- Review monthly reports to ensure contract compliance and profitability.
- Represent our Company at Industry Trade Shows
- Work on a variety of customer projects such as new product implementation, promotional activity and general product management
- This role has a direct report
- Carry out all other responsibilities as required

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent follow up and attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation skills
- A strong track record of developing new business
- Leadership skills including working with a variety of people at all levels of business
- Strong analytical skills and experience
- A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team
- Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal
