**About us**

ESI’s patent-pending end-to-end mobile environmental and meteorological monitoring technology offers a low-cost solution that is easy to deploy at scale to manage environmental impact and sustainability objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and assess the potential fit with our product offering
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies
- Communicate the value proposition of our air quality monitoring devices to potential clients and overcome objections
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to reach target accounts
- Accurately maintain and update records in our CRM (HubSpot) system
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with industrial products and the B2B sales process
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with selling to industrial companies
- Based in southern Ontario

Compensation:

- Base salary
- Commission
- Potential stock options
