Recreation Technician

We are looking for a **Recreation Technician** to join our company to help our production team to organise and produce our events.
As a **Recreation Technician**, you will play an important part in shaping Cocktail’s brand. You will work on projects of all sizes and across all mediums while contributing to and maintaining Cocktail’s graphic standards and brand identity. You will produce a high-quality event that mtch our brand identity..

The Cocktail International is currently looking for a full-time recreation technician. The incumbent will:

- Supervise and coordinate activities
- Develop business relationships with the various stakeholders in his sector of activity
- Coordinate and make the necessary purchases related to the activities according to of the established budget

The following are the general areas that fall within the scope of proficiency provided by the incumbent:
1. Freight Handling

2. Installation and Dismantle of Show Floor Coverings, Pipe and Drape, Furniture, Signage & Graphics, Modular Systems, Exhibits, and Sign and Display Rigging

3. Staging, Rigging, Theatrical Lighting, Sound and Audio-Visual Services and Computer Installation
- Plan and make a journal of the event according to corporate standards
- Plan and distribute the calendar of activities
- Ensure that there are varied activities adapted to the various clienteles of the event so that the activities correspond to the needs and tastes of the exhibitors
- Promote the activities of the event and corporate activities with the exhibitors
- Welcome new exhibitors and involve them in the activities
- Animate and provide supervision during the activities
- Ensure the decoration of the premises during events
- Collaborate with the different departments of the venue

Qualification ans Skills:

- SKILLS **Diploma or Degree in Electronic/ Civil/ or Electrical**:

- Strong knowledge of events productions
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and work collaboratively
- Creative problem solver with an unshrinking spirit
- Have courage to do the experiment for outstanding and new designs
- Efficient in time and project management
- Strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
