**Social Strategist, Love Nature (6-Month Contract)**
Blue Ant Media is seeking a Social Media Strategist to develop, manage, and track content strategy and community engagement for Love Nature’s social platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and more. This Strategist will work cross-functionally with the Love Nature brand to ensure all content is optimized for audience growth and revenue, aligns with brand tentpoles and initiatives, and achieves quarterly marketing, FAST, and business targets.
The Strategist will report to the VP of Digital Content, Global Media.
**What You'll Be Doing...**
- Oversee the day-to-day editorial calendars for Love Nature, HauntTV, and Homeful on multiple social media channels, and lead platform-specific audience growth and community engagement strategies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple YouTube channels, ensuring smooth livestream operations, and promptly resolving claims and ownership conflicts.
Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO. Write and edit metadata and copy for videos and channels. Create engaging thumbnails for Youtube videos on different topics with Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with the social editor, freelancers, and third-party production companies to create content with the goals of driving subscriber growth and watch time to increase RPM and revenue.
- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing to manage digital global campaigns, including creating cross-platform content for brand initiatives, launching new programming launches, and overseeing a publishing strategy to create brand unity.
- Lead a FAST promotional strategy including creating a content & publishing strategy for monthly stunts, overseeing LIVE YouTube premieres promoting FAST platforms, and setting metrics to track MoM progress with monthly takeaways to optimize strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for each brand and social platform analyzing SEO, audience engagement, marketing & revenue targets, and suggest content optimization strategies.
**What You'll Bring...**
- Experience driving subscriber growth and focusing on building revenue.
- Knowledge and experience using social media for building brand unity and awareness.
- Strong expertise in content & publishing optimization for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and platform-specific metrics to make recommendations for content strategy.
- Ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them and grow community.
- Proficiency using Photoshop
