**Position: Construction Project Manager**

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop project gantt charts, schedules, for new projects and retrofits existing projects as needed.
- Chairs design meetings, meetings with suppliers and contractors.
- Works with engineers to obtain specification packages, bid packages, reports and contract packages.
- Liaise with utilities and municipalities to obtain permits, and utility upgrades.
- Prepares project reports, presentations, to customers and other stakeholders.
- Maintains stakeholder registry, requirements registry, etc. following PMBOK principles and standards.
- Other project related responsibilities as assigned.

**Salary**: $105,000.00-$135,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Mechanical engineering: 3 years (preferred)
