**JOB SUMMARY**
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Work closely with the marketing team (product, content, brand) to build always-on campaigns that scale demand generation lead channels and drive high-quality leads.
- Utilize data analytics and lead management tools to track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources wisely to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success team to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and target audiences.
- Build and maintain a strong marketing technology stack to automate and scale demand generation efforts.
- Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure the success of demand generation initiatives, reporting regularly to senior leadership on progress and impact.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, adopting new and innovative approaches to drive stronger results.
**About you**:
- At least 8 years of focused demand generation marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a B2B tech environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that have directly contributed to increased revenue.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Your passion for numbers tells the demand generation story.
- Deep understanding of marketing technologies and automation tools (Hubspot and/or Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LI Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Deep understanding of the technology sales cycle and strategies for nurturing leads. Experience with account-based marketing is highly valued.
- Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality to innovate and improve.
