**As we undergo a major expansion to grow new businesses in the SMB market, we are looking for a talented new member to join our management team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager will join our group of innovative and forward-thinking leaders who are passionate about people development and fostering a culture of success.**:

**_Desired Skills and Experience_**:
**- 2 to 3 years of sales management experience**
**- Experience in selling IT or data solutions**
**- Strong sales knowledge and broad experience building relationships**
**- Self-motivated to develop skill sets and maintain product knowledge**
**- Strong problem-solving skills with dynamic and logical approaches**
**- Ability to clearly communicate business problems and propose solutions to customers**
**- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations in group settings**:

**_Responsibilities_**:
**- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Amplus’ opportunities across all products and services**
**- Manage, motivate and nurture a team of sales representatives including recruiting and training new sales reps**
**- Ensure sales team achieve performance metrics such as leads, calls, visits, presentations, follow-ups and closings**-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales target**
**- Communicate team updates, issues and risks and ensure that the team is working at its full capacity**
**- Conduct progress meetings and provide weekly accountability and customer feedback reports**:
