**What you will do**:
As an Inventory Control Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory processes, maintaining WIP visibility, and supporting our SAP ERP system. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain by overseeing all material procurement, inventory control, supply planning, and demand planning functions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and mínimal cost for delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and manage reordering processes
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, perform cycle counts
- Analyze demand forecasts and develop supply plans to meet repair volume needs
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Measure repair costs per unit based on labor and parts used, regularly report out to stakeholders
- Analyze historical sales and repair data to improve cost control and product availability, by improving the supply plan

**What you need-**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field -required
- 4 years of experience of relevant experience - required
- Procurement, inventory control, and supply chain management “preferred”
- Proficiency in SAP ERP system, QuickBooks ERP System, and ARIBA Supplier Management Systems “preferred”
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting “preferred”
- Strong negotiation and communication skills “preferred”
