**What you’ll do**
- Lead strategic initiatives related to TCBC priorities with a focus on supporting key partnerships and network development, within the provincial context.
- Plan, monitor and report on the budget and expenditures of the partnership and network activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key provincial partners to determine needs, priorities and opportunities for provincial agencies, ministries, communities and regional partners to develop and implement provincial initiatives related to the healthy development and care for trans and gender diverse children, youth and adults of all ages.
- Participate on committees within TCBC, PHSA, provincially and as requested, nationally, bringing a strong knowledge and expertise of gender diversity and wellness issues and current activities and initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key operational and clinical partners to identify and facilitate priorities to support gender-affirming care.
- Identify gaps in services and resources including possible risks and how to address these gaps while providing province wide standard care. Ensure alignment with partners’ priorities and leverages opportunities.
- Provide leadership and expertise in the completion of the TCBC Tiers of Service Framework with respect to activities related to gender-affirming care.

**What you bring**:

- A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Masters degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or an applicable health discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of recent related experience in strategic systems and large-scale change work in a trans health care related field. Experience working with networks, coalitions and multi-partnered projects in a healthcare environment including a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a progressively responsible leadership role.

You will have demonstrated ability to:

- Lead change, inspiring and engaging others in promoting change behaviors.
- Lead, to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Develop, implement and/or evaluate health promotion, prevention and primary care initiatives and/or programs with a focus on early years.
- Have awareness of and commitment to learning and understanding the Truth & Reconciliation Commission’s 94 Calls to Action (2015), In Plain Sight Report (2020), BC's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (2019), and Reclaiming Power and Place Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women & Girls calls for justice, and how they intersect across the health care system.
- Support team members on their learning journey, ensuring education strategy for team/department to implement Indigenous Cultural Safety at a practical level.
- Work collaboratively with appropriate Indigenous teams/departments to ensure ICS lens applied holistically.
- Commit to upholding the shared responsibility of creating lasting and meaningful reconciliation in Canada as per TRC (2015) and BC's Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (2019).

**Salary Range**:$96,429 - $138,617.

**Location**: Vancouver, BC
