Bdc Representative/appointment Coordinator

**Carling Motors** is currently looking for a Full Time Business Development Centre Representative/Appointment Coordinator to join our Dealership. As a key player in our dealership, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless transition between online inquiries and in-person visits.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- : Efficiently handle and nurture leads generated through various channels, ensuring prompt and effective communication to convert leads into showroom visits and vehicle sales.
- : Schedule appointments for test drives, service appointments, and follow-up calls to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
- : Stay up-to-date on vehicles, features, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to potential customers.
- : Maintain accurate and organized customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and using it to identify opportunities for follow-up and outreach.
- : Work closely with the sales team, service department, and management to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience.
- : Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly.

- A highly organized individual, who is motivated by high earning potential, is detail-oriented, customer-focused, creative, and enjoys selling and developing new business over the phone.
- Must be team & goal oriented.
- Must be positive and enthusiastic.
- Must demonstrate the desire to meet and exceed team sales goals.
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or BDC role is preferred
- Automotive experience is an asset.
