**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a regulated health professional discipline;
- Current membership in a professional association or equivalent;
- Five years (5) years in a leadership role in a rehabilitation and/or quality capacity;
- Demonstration of progressive leadership skills and abilities;
- Demonstrated knowledge of patient safety & quality improvement processes;
- Demonstrated knowledge of staff safety processes;
- Demonstrated ability to develop budgets and manage fiscal resources;
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication;
- Demonstrated experience in patient relations and dealing with patients’ families or advocates;
- Experience with statistics and ability to analyze fiscal and patient care data;
- Excellent knowledge of principles of management and evidenced based practice;
- Knowledge of health care disciplines in Clinical Services and their role in patient care;
- Knowledge and ability to enhance continuum of care;
- Proven ability in working effectively with all members of a health care team;
- Demonstrated ability to model appropriate conduct & behaviour and to be an effective change agent;
- Ability to respond to large numbers of simultaneous demands from patients, families, staff, physicians, Material Management, Human Resources, etc.
- Recent and relevant experience with WSIB specialty program.

- Master’s degree in Administration or Regulated health professional discipline;
- Experience developing and working in partnership with community partners.
