**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Responsible to provide leadership, supervision, and direction of residence life student staff teams for mental health mentor program and student lounge activities

**Qualifications**:
The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

- Knowledge of student and residence life programs and services as well as policies and procedures
- Knowledge of emergency response and crisis management including first aid and CPR training
- Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
- Knowledge of cultural competency and diversity
- Knowledge of supervisory practices

**Education and Experience**:
The above is normally acquired through the completion of:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in student life program delivery plus supervisory experience
