**Breathwork Group Facilitator**

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Breathwork Group Facilitator to join our team. As a Breathwork Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading and guiding individuals through transformative breathwork sessions in a group setting. Your primary goal will be to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore their breath, release emotional and physical tension, and experience personal growth and healing. This role requires strong facilitation skills, deep knowledge of breathwork techniques, and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct group breathwork sessions in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Create a welcoming and safe environment for participants, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being throughout the session.
- Guide individuals through various breathing techniques and patterns, encouraging deep relaxation and self-awareness.
- Provide clear instructions on breathwork exercises, promoting proper breathing techniques and emphasizing the importance of breath control.
- Offer guidance and support to participants as they navigate their breathwork journey, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Foster a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere that encourages open sharing and self-reflection among participants.
- Maintain a strong presence and hold space for the group, balancing active facilitation with attentive observation.
- Tailor breathwork sessions to meet the unique needs and goals of each group, adapting techniques and exercises accordingly.
- Monitor participants' responses and reactions during sessions, providing individual support and guidance as required.
- Stay updated on current breathwork practices, research, and developments to enhance facilitation skills and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with other facilitators and wellness professionals to create comprehensive and holistic experiences for participants.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards while upholding confidentiality and respecting the privacy of participants.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Breathwork Group Facilitator or similar role at a yoga studio.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of breathwork techniques, such as Holotropic Breathwork, Rebirthing Breathwork, or Transformational Breath
- Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to create a safe and inclusive space for participants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Empathy and compassion, demonstrating a genuine commitment to supporting others' personal growth and well-being.
- Strong observation and intuition to effectively respond to participants' needs and emotions during sessions.
- High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain boundaries while working in a therapeutic environment.
- Certification or training in breathwork facilitation is preferred but not essential (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Familiarity with complementary practices such as mindfulness, meditation, or yoga is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours, including the ability to facilitate sessions during evenings and weekends.

- Knowledge of counseling methods and procedures (preferred)
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic statistics (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 - 10 per week

**Salary**: $70.00-$100.00 per hour
