**Job Title**: Inventory Distribution Admin (12 month contract-part time)
**Reports to**: Senior Manager, Inventory and Demand Plan
**Hours of work**: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

**Job Purpose**: The Inventory Distribution Admin position is responsible to support the facilitation of the movement of goods between all distribution and manufacturing locations based on parameters assigned by the Inventory Distribution Analyst. This role will create orders, follow up on picking the orders, shipping the orders, the receipt of the orders in each distribution warehouse to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to fulfill customer requirements.

This role will have the responsibility for assembling data, providing direction on product priorities to support customer needs, measuring and reporting KPI information consistently.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Review Inventory and Demand information to create intercompany sales and transfer orders to ensure that the appropriate inventory levels are maintained to satisfy customer requirements and support deployment parameters.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Sales channel leaders, Manufacturing and Supply Chain team members to the deployment goods to satisfy current and future customer needs
- Provide daily direction and priorities to Logistics on the required movements of goods by SKU
- Track and monitor shipment status and investigate past due requirements
- Manage daily inventory levels for mass merchant/e-commerce stock data feeds to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Manage daily KPI's relating to deployment and distribute to various teams.

**Education and Experience**:

- High School Diploma minimum/ College Diploma in Business an asset
- Experience working in an office environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in Supply Chain an asset
