**Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase boating parts and supplies to meet company requirements.
- Utilize ERP system to manage inventory, track orders, and streamline procurement processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize purchasing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and supplier capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchaser or Buyer, preferably in the boating industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with the ability to effectively navigate and utilize procurement modules.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with boating parts and supplies, with additional knowledge of automobiles and boats considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
