Imprint Technologies Inc. is a hot stamping foil manufacturer. We have proudly been supplying our customers for over 30 years from Tilbury, Ontario. Our foils are used to communicate information and provide design elements on products you encounter every day. We partner with distributors and industry leaders around the world servicing many industries including consumer electronics, consumer goods, automotive and transportation, food, medical and cosmetics. We are seeking an experienced, safety-oriented Operations Manager to join us and play a key role in driving our operational efficiency and success.

**Position Overview**:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, manage resources effectively, and implement best practices to achieve our business goals while prioritizing safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve safety, efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Manager to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity and quality of output.
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization, conducting regular safety training and awareness programs.
- Manage safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Develop emergency response plans and procedures, and coordinate drills to test readiness and response capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a small company or startup environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for inventory management, data analysis, and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
