Ce que nous recherchons:
Sous la supervision du vice-président, chef de la planification et de l'analyse financières, l'analyste financier principal jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien des processus de prise de décision financière de l'organisation. Ses principales responsabilités consisteront à fournir une analyse financière approfondie, une modélisation des prévisions et une vision stratégique afin de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs financiers de l'entreprise. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec diverses parties prenantes, notamment l'équipe financière, la direction générale et les chefs de service, afin de garantir l'exactitude des rapports financiers et de stimuler la croissance et la rentabilité de l'entreprise. L'analyste financier senior fera partie de l'équipe Public Markets Finance.

Vos responsabilités:

- Planification et prévisions financières:

- Diriger l'élaboration de prévisions financières, de budgets et de plans financiers à long terme complets pour l'organisation;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les unités opérationnelles pour comprendre leurs besoins et objectifs financiers, et aligner les plans financiers en conséquence;
- Contrôler et analyser les résultats financiers réels par rapport aux prévisions, en identifiant et en expliquant les écarts à la direction.
- Analyses et rapports financiers:

- Effectuer des analyses financières détaillées et fournir des informations utiles sur les performances de l'entreprise, en identifiant les tendances, les opportunités et les risques;
- Préparer régulièrement des rapports de gestion et des présentations qui communiquent les résultats financiers, les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et d'autres paramètres pertinents aux principales parties prenantes.
- Évaluation des performances de l'entreprise:

- Évaluer l'impact financier des initiatives stratégiques, des nouveaux projets et des opportunités commerciales;
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour évaluer les investissements potentiels et les possibilités de réduction des coûts.
- Modélisation financière et aide à la décision:

- Élaborer et tenir à jour des modèles financiers complexes pour soutenir l'analyse de scénarios, l'affectation des capitaux et l'optimisation des ressources;
- Fournir une aide à la décision à la direction en effectuant des analyses de sensibilité et en présentant l'impact potentiel de diverses décisions commerciales.
- Amélioration des processus de prévision et de budgétisation:

- Examiner et améliorer en permanence les processus de prévision et de budgétisation afin d'en garantir l'exactitude et l'efficacité;
- Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et des outils analytiques avancés pour rationaliser l'analyse financière et l'établissement de rapports.
- Analyse ad hoc et projets spéciaux:

- Soutenir l'équipe de direction des finances dans le cadre d'analyses ad hoc et de projets spéciaux visant à répondre à des besoins et à des défis commerciaux spécifiques.

Exigences requises pour réussir dans ce rôle:

- Diplôme en finance, comptabilité, économie ou dans un domaine connexe. CFA (1 ou 2) souhaitable;
- Expérience confirmée en tant qu'analyste financier, de préférence dans le domaine des finances et de l'audit d'entreprise;
- Expérience pertinente de plus de 5 ans après l'obtention du diplôme;
- Expérience dans le secteur des services financiers (gestion d'actifs, banque d'investissement ou société de conseil financier);
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel (macros de base/v-lookups/sum-if etc.);
- Connaissance du logiciel de comptabilité SAP;
- Maîtrise des techniques de modélisation et de prévision financières;
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter des données financières complexes et à formuler des recommandations stratégiques;
