**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will work with key business partners to analyze variances, develop financial plans and report on KPI attainment on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

You will support the FP&A team and the organization (senior leadership & their teams) through financial analysis, business modeling, and management reporting. We will also look into your creative thinking to initiate process improvements and streamline our reporting. **Key Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month-end variance and management reporting across Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements
- Prepare, improve and streamline the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning process
- Variance analysis and bridge reporting of actuals vs budget/forecast
- Build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross‐functional teams at all levels of the organization to support business decisions, review monthly results, and draft comprehensive reporting packages
- Collaborate with FP&A team members to enhance total company reporting & develop FP&A maturity
- Provide analytical support and financial guidance to help with various business decisions. This includes developing new analyses and improving reports and metrics to better support business partners' decision-making process
- Build standardized reports and improve the reporting efficacy by leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning
- Documenting and updating procedures of technical knowledge and recurring work
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders as required

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- CPA, CFA designation or working towards
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A role, business partner role
- Previous experience in a technology/SaaS environment is desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills/modeling
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Self-motivated who takes initiative and isn't afraid to suggest improvements
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights considered an asset

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience and location. **Compensation range for Canada applicants only**
- $60,000—$90,000 CAD
