Online Esl Instructor for Conversation Classes

Our mission is to deliver high-quality education to students and professionals in Latin America and other parts of the world. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and responsible individuals to teach ESL Conversation Courses in a virtual environment. Applicants should be comfortable, easy-going, and creative when teaching teens and adults. The work will be remote (you can work from anywhere in the world), but you must be a Canadian citizen.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience teaching conversational English or another language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic personality with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Flexibility to teach classes from Mondays to Thursdays.
- Teach English at a high level of proficiency.
- Assess and identify students’ individual learning needs.
- Keep students engaged using a variety of teaching techniques: lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations.
- Provide feedback to students at the end of the course.
- Evaluate and review the progress of students and discuss results with them.
- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Teaching material provided.

**Working Hours**:

- Start date: May 20th.
- Applicants must be available to work between Mondays to Thursdays from either 9:00- 10:30 hrs (*EST) or 19:30 - 21:00 hrs (*EST).

*Eastern Standard - Ontario Time.
