**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Develop and implement an omnichannel marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, focusing on both online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and engaging marketing content for different channels, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to messaging guidelines.
- Utilize customer data and insights to segment the target audience effectively, tailoring marketing campaigns and messages to specific customer segments.
- Optimize marketing channels for maximum performance and ROI, leveraging data analytics and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline campaign execution, lead nurturing, and customer journey management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and adherence to allocated resources.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and prepare reports on key metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and future campaigns.

**Who You Are**:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in retail marketing roles, with a strong focus on digital marketing and campaign management. Experience in an omnichannel or retail environment is highly desirable.
- A balanced blend of creative thinking and analytical acumen, with the ability to develop engaging campaigns while using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Proven track record of managing marketing projects with multiple inputs, meeting deadlines, and delivering results within budget constraints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive consensus.
- Ability to influence colleagues at various levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market trends, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, web analytics tools, and other relevant marketing software.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, omnichannel strategies, and customer engagement.
