Based in Edmonton, AB and reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager will be accountable for the implementation of Civeo’s marketing strategy, creating the brand awareness and presence necessary to support the company’s B2B lead generation and recruitment efforts.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support Civeo’s growth into new geographic markets by building and sustaining our brand presence.
- Maintain a library of digital sales/marketing collateral, providing a summary overview of each of the company’s core services.
- Launch a Content Marketing Program that a) supports inbound lead generation by addressing client pain points, and b) positions Civeo as an appealing option for those seeking frontline hospitality roles.
- Produce digital ad campaigns to establish brand presence and awareness in support of B2B lead generation and HR recruitment efforts.
- Maintain the company’s various website properties to provide targeted messaging relevant to each of our visitor personas (investors, clients, guests, job applicants, employees, communities, and media).
- Work with Civeo’s Communications Manager to build a social media presence in support of B2B lead generation and HR recruitment objectives, leveraging the Content Marketing Program and value narratives.
- Identify and activate sponsorships and co-marketing investments to establish targeted brand presence in our primary and growth markets.
- Work with Civeo’s Innovation team to promote new product and service offerings to our corporate clients and guest community.
- Provide support to Civeo’s Business Development team for tailored client presentations and account development efforts.
- Provide support to Civeo’s Pursuits Department from time to time to assist with the development of bid responses.

**Visual Identity & Creative Services**
- Provide project management support for Civeo’s in-house Creative Services team.
- Conduct an annual audit of lodge properties to ensure visual identity systems are being employed for all guest-facing touchpoints.
- Maintain a Lodge Operations Toolkit as a source of truth for all guest-facing visual ID assets for signage, notices, posters, etc.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training to various departments to create awareness for the systems, resources, and supports they can access to comply with the company’s visual ID standards.

**Education/Certifications/Licenses/Designations**
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent education and experience.

**Experience**
- At least five (5) years of progressive experience in a marketing, communications or public relations role including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and business development best practices.
- Demonstrated experience developing brand campaigns including responsibility for preparing creative briefs, copywriting, creative direction, and channel implementation.
- Experience providing direction to creative services professionals including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, etc.
- Experience working with digital ad platforms including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook/Instagram.

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
