**The Opportunity**

The **Product Analyst** will collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, and Development teams to deliver product requirements, design, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies. They will participate in business case development, market research, and competitive intelligence analysis; develop business requirements and collaborate in the translation of business requirements into technical requirements.The Product Analyst will contribute to strategic decisions for improving the ZE Product offering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly understand ZEMA product suite and value proposition
- Discuss ZEMA user challenges directly with end-users and client representatives to interpret and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional product requirements
- Document formal use cases, user stories and various artifacts as part of the product development cycle
- Ensure adequate and timely system requirements to allow hand-off to software developers
- Organize and maintain various artifacts to help streamline Product Management processes
- Communicate requirements to other team members as necessary
- Collaborates with technical communications writers to develop proper and thorough documentation (internal and external) describing product changes as appropriate.

**Requirements**:
Other requirements include:

- 3-5 years of professional experience as a product manager, product or business analyst, software developer or related role
- Diploma or Degree in related discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Software Development
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; including presentation skills
- Some knowledge of defining system and functional requirements

- Technical, analytical, and development skills including the ability to provide solutions to a variety of business problems of complex scope and complexity
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to organize and lead others in accomplishing project goals and objectives
