**What You’ll Do**
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate that milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on time
- Coordinate project team meetings/conference calls and prepare and distribute minutes
- Coordinate information distribution to the project team
- Assist with project scheduling and ongoing management of the schedule
- Develop and distribute project status reports as well as regular project reporting requirements
- Track budgets, costs, and progress benchmarks
- Plan and organize project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and events
- Ensure project quality standards are adhered to by coordinating review time for technical reviewers and ensuring reviews are properly documented
- Organize and help to prepare project presentation materials
- Under the direction of a Contract Administrator, assist with contract administration tasks during construction such as preparation of progress payment certificates, meeting minutes, change orders, change notices and other contract-related correspondence
- Manage and track contract administration correspondence for ongoing construction projects including Requests for Information, Site Instructions, Progress Draws, Field Reports, Contemplated Change Orders, Change Orders and Extra Work Orders
- Under the direction of a Project Manager, support the coordination and completion of proposals
- Undertake other assignments that Project Managers may deem necessary.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A positive and motivated personality
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Project Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction or related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Project)
- Familiarity with MMCD or CCDC-type contracts is an asset
- Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, stay organized, work with deadlines, and prioritize work for maximum efficiency is crucial
- Demonstrate assertiveness, tact and diplomacy when working with co-workers, project managers, technical staff, and clients
- Personable and professional in your work ethic
- Exceptional interpersonal skills complimented with integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be able to work with team members in a multi-disciplinary environment
- A desire to learn new skills and an eagerness to grow within your role
- A valid driver’s license (in good standing) is mandatory
